Refund & Returns Policy

At ANM Revive, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Research Products

Due to the nature of our products, all items sold by ANM Revive are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. As a result, most sales are considered final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item
  • A damaged shipment
  • A shipment with missing products

please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim promptly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product(s), packaging, and shipping label, if applicable

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, ANM Revive may, at its discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will generally not be provided for:

  • Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • Products that have been opened, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.
  • Orders refused by the recipient.
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact ANM Revive first so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process and could result in restrictions on future purchases where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

ANM Revive’s responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the affected product or order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All products offered by ANM Revive are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
