Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Methods

ANM Revive ships orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, ANM Revive is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or packages returned by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in filing carrier claims and work with you toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

Delivery Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

ANM Revive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier service interruptions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
